Do I have to be a professional operator to visit ZEROEMISSION MEDITERRANEAN?
ZEROEMISSION MEDITERRANEAN is reserved for professionals interested in the production and distribution chain connected to the sectors of application and use of modules, systems, and photovoltaic, wind and other renewable technologies, inverters, batteries and electrical storage systems, technologies for electric vehicles and the electricity grid, etc. However, you do not need to prove that you belong to an industry. Please note that – as at all trade shows – direct sales to the final consumer are not permitted.
Are children allowed?
The fair is a business event, and therefore – unless strictly necessary – children under the age of 16 will not be admitted.
Is it possible to bring pets?
For safety reasons, pets are not permitted. Service dogs are, of course, an exception to this rule.
Is it possible to bring a trolley or luggage?
Yes, it is possible. We recommend leaving your trolley / luggage in the cloakroom located at the entrance, for safety and security, and so that you can fully concentrate on the exhibition.
Which address should I enter in the navigation system?
Please use the following address (Visitor entrance): Fiera di Roma – East Entrance, “Viale Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, 00148 Rome”.
Where is the car park? How much does it cost? Is there disabled parking?
There are over 7,000 parking spaces on site – for a fee – and they are close to the pavilions, East Parking. Disabled parking spaces are located near the entrances.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, near Fiera di Roma/exhibition center – in Via Ugo Tiberio, 368, 00148 Rome – there are currently 2 charging stations.
Are there caravan sites available?
There are several campsites with caravan parking a few kilometers from Fiera di Roma. No caravans may be parked on the Rome exhibition center site.
Is there a shuttle service from nearby airports or from Rome station to the exhibition center?
There is no shuttle service, however reaching the exhibition venue both from Rome’s high-speed stations and from Fiumicino airport by public transport is quick and easy. You can find further information on these solutions in the “Transport, how to get there” menu.
Are there lockers at the exhibition site?
No, but you can leave your belongings and baggage in the paid cloakroom at the entrance.
Is there a restaurant at the exhibition site?
There are bars, snack bars and restaurants, and all the other essential services available to visitors in the pavilions.
Is it possible to charge mobile phones at the exhibition site?
The sockets in the pavilion can be used free of charge.
Who to contact regarding lost property?
Please contact our staff at the entrance, in the registration area or at the reception desk.
Is it possible to buy goods at the event?
No, direct/retail sales to visitors are not permitted (with the exception of food).
Where can I find information about exhibitors and their products and/or services?
Click on the Exhibitor List menu, where you can find out everything about the exhibiting companies and download the latest exhibitor list (continuously updated).
How can I get an entrance ticket?
Simply register on the event website and get your free entry pass.
It is also possible to register and obtain an entrance ticket directly at the fair, but pre-registration is highly recommended.
What if you have lost your ticket?
There is a link in the registration confirmation email that you can use to print the ticket again.
Is it possible to use public transport in Rome with the exhibition ticket?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to use public transport with the event ticket.
Where can I get a visa to attend the event?
Please clarify with the Italian Embassy or Consulate in your country whether a letter of invitation from the organizers is required as part of the visa application process.
It is usually possible to obtain an entry visa for Italy by requesting the invitation letter from an exhibiting company, to be attached with the accompanying documents for a visa request.
